Quotes & Pricing
Pricing ranges shown on this website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before project kickoff and depends on scope, content readiness, integrations, and timeline. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties agree in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules, methods, and milestones are outlined in each project proposal. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and remaining payments tied to project milestones. Specific terms are agreed upon before any work starts.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may result in additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and custom code created for their project. House 4 Code retains the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-proprietary components across other projects. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, branding assets) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. Clients are also responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within agreed timeframes.
Limitation of Liability
House 4 Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as lead volume, revenue increases, or search rankings.
