When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, country/region, timezone, preferred contact method, project details, and selected features. We also collect a hashed version of your IP address (not the IP itself) and your browser's user agent string for spam prevention.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare your project quote, and communicate about potential work together. We do not use your data for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your request.
Data Storage & Security
All form submissions are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare D1 database). Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Admin access to submissions is protected by Cloudflare Zero Trust authentication. Only the site owner has access to submitted data.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking scripts. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which may set a functional cookie required for form submission security. No personal browsing data is tracked or stored.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
- Cloudflare - hosting, database, security, and spam protection
- Google Fonts - web font delivery (subject to Google's privacy policy)
- MailChannels - transactional email delivery for form notifications
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
Data Retention
Submission records are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless you request earlier deletion. After this period, records may be permanently removed.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent for future communications
